This session features Mike Harsma, the Director of Single Family Development at South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA). The SDHDA runs the Governor’s House Program, a program where affordable housing is built offsite using inmate labour. Mike goes through how the program works, a walk through of the Governor’s House, and introduces a new project called the DakotaPlex.
